After waiting for 2 hours the "head nurse" told me in a full waiting area that I was denied medication by my insurance co. I called my insurance as soon as I arrived home and they said I had been approved over a month ago. There was no reason to be denied treatment other then their total incompetence.
One of the worst experiences we ever had with getting results and contacting the outpatient lab in cherry hill. The doctor had a stat script and after one week we still have not heard anything and you can't contact this department directly without going into a mailbox that is full. Not good
The worst service I have ever used. 55 minutes to try and find out if I have to fast prior to a blood test.

Very efficient and caring. Gastrointestinal Oncology division. Referred for colon cancer surgery @ Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where caring and state of the art surgical care is ongoing.
Always in and out quick experience UPenn is top notch nurses are great wish they were easy access to UPenn philly but I'm sure in the future they will be.
