I rate concord a 4/5 because they are expensive. It's everything you could want in a pet store. The staff are great, plenty of parking, and never crowded. They are just expensive for things I buy.

Good, used to be great, animal cat shop. The staff is ALWAYS friendly however the products take some to restock. There are better stores out there, but all in all good.
This store has a great selection of specialty pet foods, supplies and supplements and in the past they seemed to be customer service oriented. I have 4 kitties with special dietary needs and I have been able to find foods that work for my cats here. With this said I had a horrible customer service experience recently after which I reached out to the manager Brian Alt by email. I never received a response or acknowledgment. I cannot support a business that does not listen to and respect its customers enough to dialogue when issues arise therefore I encourage anyone who considers shopping here to take their business to the Moorestown store where the staff and management are helpful, friendly and responsive and where they generally have more customer-oriented policies.
