The ladies at the front desk are horrible. I went there for a scheduled appt. I showed up 10 minutes early. The front desk staff asks if I know where to go. I explained to them that I do not since it's my diary time there. She walks me over to the person that I had an appt. with, who was busy with another customer. Front staff person then tells me to have a sit, but doesn't tell me where. This place is huge and I think they have many different services to offer. Any go and have a sit near the front desk. Waited for 40 minutes before I walked out of there. The wait was ridiculous considering I had an appt. and the front staff people seemed clueless as to how to take care of a customer. Btw, the 40 minutes I spent there waiting-not once was I asked if there was anything they could do to make things right.
I love love love it here!!! The staff are all soo friendly!! Anna does the best style for events and Jenn the makeup artist is sooo fun n entertaining to sit with she makes me look like a super model everytime!! Thank you!!!
Racist establishment. Hired a drag queen to host a party and told them after their performance, that the ofit and number was "too ethnic" to a black drag queen. Utterly disgusting.
This is a full service salon one of the best in the area. I use all of the services they offer. Robert is the best in his field, gives an amazing haircut and style. Staff is friendly and helpful. I have been a client at this salon for over twenty years. Highly recommend them to everyone I know.
Went for single color plus cut. Staff INSISTED I get foiled highlights, so I went from brown to basically a blonde with brown, which I hated. Then to top it off they had some kid blow dry my hair, flat. I said please add some body? And he said no, he was told to dry my hair so that's what he's doing. Then Louis came over and said he'd love to cut my hair to about 3 inches long and go red. No this was not a nightmare, it was my experience at Louis Christian. Never going back again ever.
