Shockingly, the comment(s) about a 2 hour wait time are true. I'm currently waiting for a rep, with the computer-generated voice stating a 2 hour and 10 minute wait time! Amazing!!!
I scheduled a pick-up on-line and no one ever showed up to take my packages.
They lost my package. I visited them thrice, everytime they told they will call me next day buy no one called. Last time one of the guy threw the collection slip in front of me and went inside when i refused to follow the same procedure again. Rude staff, highly unreliable service
Did not pick up package even though I scheduled a package delivery. Tried calling but the automated service is IMPOSSIBLE to navigate. When I finally got the option to "speak to an agent" the wait time was 20min. Waited for 30min before hanging up. There's no incentive for them to make their services better.
Two hours wait time for a phone call? It is no wonder they are going out of business.
