I'm just really dissappointed in my treatment the other day. As we were walking to the front desk, doc said "I will see you in 4 weeks." I actually said, " so you can beat me down next month!"

Dr. Rinnier is the most knowledgeable, kind & caring doctor in this establishment! I recommend making an appointment to see him today!! Not sponsored

Mr. Brown, please accept our apologies for such a bad experience. Given that your appointment was at 3pm, your arrival of 4:14pm did not give me the best opportunity to provide an optimal patient visit. I was pregnant with swollen legs and poor standing tolerance so walking and chairs were my best friends. Truly, no offense was intended. Admittedly, I had 4:15, 4:30, 4:45 pm patients to consider which may have caused you to feel rushed. I had to be more efficient in my interaction with you which involved computer documentation. These do not justify my failure as a physician to convey genuine care and compassion resulting in your dissatisfaction.

I am a patient with Relievus. I started with Dr. Lee, he's a great doctor, for some reason I was switched to Dr. Rinnier. I see usually see his nurse practitioner Sandy who is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I saw Dr. Rinnier yesterday and I was belittled. It was my fault that the office did not call me to schedule epidural shots, they're the ones who have to get precertification. I'm self employed and I work through pain, my husband is terminally ill. So I put myself last.

Again, our sincere apologies for any aggravation on your end. Our offer to assist you remains open. We value your feedback and am hopeful that we can turn this negative experience into positive ones for other patients.

Relievus is a great company, filled with an awesome team of Doctors!

Honestly, it is unfortunate that I did not receive any of your callback requests until 04/17/2015 at 9:13AM. Our staff, as I was seeing patients for the day, called you but no inquiry about the cream was communicated to me. There was evidently a break in communication that I did not get your message earlier so I understand your frustration. You are right, too many things gone wrong. No excuses. We are not perfect. To err is human.

I would recommend Relievus to anyone looking for a pain management clinic. I have been going there for six years and have not one complaint. I see Sandy everytime I go. You can't ask for a more comfortable environment and polite staff. They're absolutely #1 in my book.

We, as patients need to remember, these doctors work for us.
