Clean, cozy, baby safe place. Kids love it. I love it. Its a whole apartment. Has a Kitchen and pots and plates. 20min from Philadelphia Zoo, Art Museum, Downtown Phila. I even called it home. Nice place. Have breakfast, that's an A++ for me.
Horrible experience! The door to the room was propped open, the toilet and bathroom itself wasn't clean. The heat took a long time to warm up. The worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.
Sound proofing isn't the best, and there. Aren't many channels on the TV, but the service was good, the rooms were large and clean, and there was plenty of parking. The wifi was speedy as well, if a little. Annoying to set up at first.
Bathroom were dirty. Only 2 litlle bottles od shampoo and conditioner for 5 adults. I am a easy to please person, i dont know, i am not used to this level of servicea here in USA.
12/25 to 12/29. On the 27th the person was the only day the room was cleaned, because we called the front desk. The house keeping lady was mad like we did something wrong. Yesterday we came back to our room at 10pm and it was not clean neither.
A great place to stay but easy to miss when trying to find it as it is right before the highway enterance. The contiential breakfast was great and room accommodations were also very nice. Would definitely stay here again if I am in that area again.
After reading tge good review we decided to book it. The price was good, and the customer service in the front desk. House keeping was not friendy. We stayed
The breakfas is served in the main building. It was 20 degree outside and it was inconvenient to go get breakfast. I will not come back.
