I recently sent an arrangement to say thank you to the Evesham Vet clinic's doctors and staff. The staff member stated he couldn't fit everything I wanted to say on their little card that's about the size of a business card. He said if I had a card he would come and pick it up from me prior to delivering my arrangement. I printed out a thank you card, typed everything I needed to say and he indeed pick it up. He wouldn't even except a tip for doing so. What great customer service! Thank you!!
I would give a zero if I could. The delivery lady was extremely rude. She rang my door bell and then immediately banged on my door. After I received my package when I took it in to look at it it was completely melted and warm. It was dripping down the side of the vase. When I called then said their delivery van was broken and they are supposed to put the fruit on front of the ac vent in which car. After she came back and picked it up they shorted my refund by $8 and they couldn't figure out how to fix it and said I need to call corporate. By far the worst experience I have had with a purchase like this. My husband tried to surprise me and turned in to a nightmare. $100 for warm fruit and melted chocolate
