Michael, Justin and Glen are absolutely phenomenal. We initially went to Experimac for a groupon for a screen to be replaced. They fixed it quickly and had the phone working better than it was before. Since, we have gone back several times for phone purchases and screen replacements. They spent the time to answer all of our questions respectfully and throroughly. Their customer service and warranties are above and beyond. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else for my electronic needs! Love love love this place !!
This place is absolutely amazing !I took my friend here for her laptop with specific specifications and they made it happen at a decent price ! She got everything, a great mac book, brand new charger, cool key board covered and a great warranty for under a grand. These people know how to do business. The customer service was amazing as well. The owner and the associates who worked at this location were down to earth and very helpful with the whole process. I will definitely be coming here again for all of my Apple needs ! Bottom line is, if your computer is a little old ((like mine is) please check out Experimac of Cherry Hill. You won't be disappointed! Mine is now good as new!!
I wanted to share my experience with Experimac of Cherry Hill. I have a late model 2011 Apple computer. Apple couldn't correct my problem, the hard drive was not carried by them any more. That's when I located Experimac. They were so helpful and equipped to handle any problem I had. My technician was Justin, who was excellent! He replaced the hard drive and checked out the battery.
A tragic facedown fall yesterday left my iPhone 6S screen shattered. After thorough research, I found this location to be both the most reasonably priced and best-rated option. I got almost a dozen quotes within a 15 miles radius and Experimac was the only one that cost under $70, provided both the glass and LCD replacement, and didn’t require an appointment.
I decided to bring my phone in at lunch and pick it up in the afternoon. I had never been before, but when I went in, the store was very clean, well organized and pleasant to be in! Justin said he’d get started on my phone right away so I decided to wait for it. It was repaired in about 20 minutes and they even threw in a glass protector screen for free.
Their products come with warranties and are clearly high quality. The people at the store are pleasant and helpful! If you find a lower price for the same repair service, I have a feeling they’d be willing to match it.
This is a great place to get your Apple products repaired or to purchase gently used ones. The employees and owner gave me service with a genuine smile and you can tell they enjoy what they do. The excellent customer service I received is why I give this place 5 stars; honestly, I wish I could give it 10! Justin and Kevin were patient, explained the functionality of the product to me, and even answered the 21 questions I had for them. If you don't want to wait in an overly crowded store or you don't have time to make an appointment, go to this place. Their warranty holds true as well! One thousand thanks to you guys!
