So I call over there after and the most miserable woman takes my call and immediately puts me on hold. After a few minutes she comes back with an attitude explaining to me that "the new location was mentioned in the voicemail yesterday" and that I will be charged a fee for the cancellation. I explained to her that there NO mention of the new location and she just says ".....Well when do you want to reschedule". I say thank you for the reschedule and she just says "mmmhm".

I've been taking my son here for a couple years and never had a complaint. The doctors here are caring and wonderful. However, the office staff is incredibly rude. I received a voicemail on Friday for my son's annual appointment. In the voicemail, there was no mention of the new location, just confirming the appointment date & time at 8 am in the morning. My son's father took him to the appointment only to find out they moved the location. Would've been nice it if were mentioned or if they sent a card in the mail.

Doctors are great ! But the front desk staff not so great. Myself and my family had been coming for several years and never missed an appointment. The one day that I had a true emergency and was not able to make it ,I called them about 6 hours in advance to reschedule they told me I would be charged a cancellation fee because it's not within 24 hours. That is not a way to treat your loyal patients when unforeseen circumstances happen. I have not been back ever since.

Must say I was way happier with this visit than I have been in the past. Kelly the office manager was able to accommodate us with a difficult situation, I very much appreciate that. Don't know what happened with the old staff from the old office but I was way happier with the 2 ladies running the front office than I had been. These ladies were professional and helpful hope they plan on staying for awhile. Was also happy to have Dr. Holbrook back to complete the work needed on my daughter.

I have been taking my children to Holdbrook for a few years now. The office was a long drive for me but I did it because the doctors were great with my girls and they loved going to the dentist. However, this dental office is all about making money. And their staff is very rude. I Called to cancel an appointment with that was for the next day at 4. I called at 4:25. And the woman told me I was going to be charged a cancellation fee since it’s less then 24hrs notice. I couldn’t believe it! I even told her, “it’s 4:25, you’re seriously going to charge me a cancellation fee?” She said yes, it’s our policy. I completely understand policy, but she didn’t ask why I was canceling and didn’t even seem sincere. I told her I was not going there again and she said ok. I will definitely not be going back and I will make sure Dr. Holdbrook knows how unprofessional his staff is. Greedy people. I’m sure they filled my daughters spot right away, and still charged me a fee.

I'm not paying a fee for your mistake, and I'm so put off by that phone call I'm considering switching dentists. I seen other reviews about the office staff that are similar to mine and my boss & CEO of my company had similar complaints all about the front desk staff but I couldn't believe them until now.

I have been using this practice but not much satisfied. After having a filling few weeks ago, decided to find another dentist. Dr Caldwell, one of the dentist made my filling. It is a small filling in front teeth. It should simple procedure but he managed to leave a problem. I never had a problem to floss my teeth even after filling. But now I have this problem and I cannot floss my tooth since filling is in the way.

They recommended I need crown for another tooth. I got my lesson and will find another hopefully better dentist
